Kimberly Rizzotti Weber

  • Kimberly Rizzotti Weber is a co-founder of Weber Pierce, LLC. Kim has almost 30 years of civil litigation and trial experience beginning her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Kim also worked for insurance defense firms in Boston, MA and Atlanta, GA. For the last 20 years, Kim has focused her practice in real estate disputes, title litigation, breach of contract cases, business and commercial litigation, as well as banking and financial services litigation.

    Kim is a registered mediator and is licensed to practice before all trial and appellate courts in Georgia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, Massachusetts State and Superior Courts, and the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.

    Kim and her husband Chris reside in Johns Creek. They have two sons and are active members of their community.

Jennifer Pierce

  • Jennifer Pierce is a co-founder of Weber Pierce, LLC.  Prior to opening Weber Pierce, Jennifer spent her career representing banks and other financial institutions in foreclosures, loss mitigation, title litigation, and other banking and financial services litigation.  

    Jennifer is admitted to practice before all trial and appellate courts in Georgia, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts in Georgia.

    Originally from central Illinois, Jennifer and her husband live in Alpharetta.  Jennifer is an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves.
