Client Success
One of our partners represented a residential real estate developer in filing a time sensitive quiet title suit after their multi-million dollar development was threatened by a third-party asserting an ownership interest in the property to be developed.
Within 6 weeks of filing the quiet title action, discovery was conducted, the case was tried before a Special Master, and ultimately resulted in a favorable settlement that allowed the development to go forward.
